Pom Pom Christmas Pillow DIY

I made this pillow more than 2 years ago, and still love it! I actually ended up giving it away as a gift to a family member, and have wished for it to be back in my Christmas decor stash ever since. It is absolutely time that I make one again! Who doesn’t love a pom pom Christmas pillow after all? The Grinch maybe…

Pom Pom Christmas Pillow DIY.

*This post first appeared on Craftaholics Anonymous 2 years ago when I was a part of the CA writing Team. Today, I am bringing it back home.*

STEP ONE: Cut (2)  pieces of red / green fabric your desired length vs. width.

STEP TWO: Take (1) of your cut pieces of fabric, and place white pom trim all around the edges. The bottom of the pom trim (the straight edge) should match up with the raw side edges of the fabric. Pin in place, and sew using a zipper foot.

STEP THREE: Place your other fabric piece directly on top of pom fabric piece, right sides together – enclosing the poms. Pin all around the edges, leaving a 5 – 6″ opening along one of the side edges. Sew using your zipper foot.

STEP FOUR: Turn right side out through opening, and push out all edges.

All you need is a paper clip to turn your mask into a bracelet, when you don’t need to use it but are still out and about. I wrote a blog post to show how easy it is.
