READY FOR SOME FUN THIS WEEK?! In case you haven’t noticed the logo, we are having an all out Star Wars week here on the Sewing Rabbit! So fasten your seat belts as we move at lightspeed into hyperspace…and let’s all geek out and have some fun together!
Are you a Star Wars fan? Even if you aren’t I bet you know someone who is!
I’ve been following the hype around the new Star Wars movies and remembered this Darth Vader stencil I created last Christmas to place on a couple of sweats I made as a gift. It was inspired by an H&M T-shirt from a few years ago that my daughter loves, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. The sweats I made last year were a hit and I thought it would be cool to share the stencil with you amazing Sewing Rabbit followers. I bet there’s someone in your life that would love a Darth Tee!!! 😉

There are many ways to use this stencil it’s up to you to choose your favorite.
You can use a print transfer and iron directly into your fabric like this white T-shirt I made.
HOW TO FREEZER PAPER STENCIL.
Or you can use freezer paper following these steps:
1) print out stencil
2) trace onto freezer paper
3) use x-acto knife to cut out negative space
4) iron onto t-shirt
5) paint with sponge
And if you’re not good at iron on transfers like me 🙂 🙂 you can even take it to the print shop and make a few like these in the following photos.
My girls and nephews are pretty happy with their new Tees, so go on and give it a try. I bet your little Jedi knights will love them! 🙂
Thanks so much for stopping by, and until next time…
