Okay please help me here Jess 😉 So why are bloggers going there? Just to browse fabrics or can they (if they have a business) actually buy/order it? When I used to have a (very small) apparel company and went to the fabric fairs the problem was usually that there was such a high minimum order on fabrics and it was super hard to be a very small company. I wonder if that is the case at Quilt Market?
What you have found is absolutely gorgeous!

There are different reasons bloggers will attend Mie. For those who have thriving business, it would be to buy bolts. Some go just to fondle all of the fabric, and meet the designers. But that being said, the designers aren’t there to really mingle with bloggers – they are there to show off their work and SELL it. But you cannot buy it in small quantities for the most part, large bulk orders are required. This is a trade show for those in the business. The other reason some bloggers go is because they are working with brands that are being represented there – like Coats & Clark or Pellon.
