For today’s K..I.D.S. post I am honored to have the fabulous Carla from small + friendly. I absolutely love everything Carla does, her aesthetic is stunning and everything she touches turns into a piece of editorial art.
I couldn’t wait to see what her and her sweet little man would create together for this fun Series!
Children’s Drawing & Interpretation:
Hi! I’m Carla and I blog over at small + friendly. My son is just recently finding confidence in his drawing skills and monsters are the subject of choice. When I asked if he’d like to turn one of his masterpieces into a toy, he was thrilled. He helped with every aspect of creation and we both had a blast! Thanks so Jessica for the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with my little one.
I am so in love with that monster / dragon Carla! That is quite simply the cutest ugly doll I have ever seen, I love it! Well played Jude. I am such a fan of turning our kids drawings into stuffed animals, it is a great way for them to cherish their artwork forever, and helps them encourage to use their imagination. Great job Momma!
